Choose Happiness! We have the power to make ourselves happy. We have little control over external events and how others treat us but we do have a choice of how we respond. Appreciate what you have and acquire realistic expectations of life and you will be happy. Want and expect too much and be disappointed. It's your choice.

Peace of mind, which would include health, security and companionship. I sort of cheated and combined 3 gifts into one. I have a goal to continue studying tai chi and qi gong until I become able to teach it to others. It is a perfect activity for the elderly.

The U.S. election process. I want more choice! I'm am tired of feeling that I have no suitable person to vote for. My vote is usually cast for the lesser of 2 evils in my opinion. C'mon are these people the best we have to offer. It is a rare candidate who is passionate and speaks their mind come what may. Too many candidates seem focused on obtaining power at all cost. Many bend to polls and focus groups to give me what they think I want to hear. I'm sure that the problem lies with the system and not those running.
